AQi was founded to increase visibility for women-led companies and to make regulatory information easier to understand. Our role is to provide a neutral platform where issuers may post required Reg CF disclosures and investors can review them. We do not solicit investments or provide advice.
We started AQi to host offerings from companies that are at least 50% women-owned. As a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) funding portal, issuers provide their offering and related regulatory documents, such as a Form C, may also provide additional information summary of their business, marketing plan, and we provide a format that is easy to read and investor friendly — for investors to review the details in one convenient place.
Our role is neutral: issuers post; investors review. We don't solicit investments, make recommendations, or provide advice. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice.
What do we mean that we are investor friendly?

Learn: Plain-language summaries that link directly to each issuer's Form C and financial statements.
Foster: One public offering page per campaign, where the issuer’s Reg CF-required disclosures and updates are posted in a consistent, easy-to-navigate format and quick access to Reg CF rules.
Ground: Easy-to-find disclosures, accessible investor education, and a on- platform communication channel for Q&A - so investors can review on the issuer’s filed and posted disclosures when evaluating an offering.
Founded by Molly Huyck (FinTech operator and entrepreneur) and Amie Konwinski (U.S. Navy veteran and marketing executive), AQi is building a straightforward place to explore women-owned ventures within clearly defined regulatory guardrails.
