# AQi (AeQuitas Invest)

> AQi is a women-led equity crowdfunding portal that helps women-owned companies (at least 50% women ownership) raise capital under SEC Regulation CF, backed by founder coaching and a community of women entrepreneurs.
 
AQi provides three things to founders: a Regulation CF fundraising platform, one-on-one coaching and mentorship on fundraising and business strategy, and a community of women entrepreneurs focused on collaboration and gender diversity in business. For investors, AQi opens access to private-market investment opportunities in women-owned companies that are typically hard to reach.
